About CD-Publishing

An AI-driven publishing workflow, built so an author can go from idea to a finished, distributed book — with AI doing the drafting and you doing the approving.

What the portal does

The Salon — AI DNA interview

An AI interviewer asks you about your book — characters, world, voice, structure — one question at a time, and captures the answers into your Framework: the canon every later AI call is checked against.

The Forge — AI-assisted drafting

AI drafts chapters against your Framework and your voice, not a generic template. Consistency Check flags drift — a character's age changing, a timeline contradiction — before it ships.

Approvals — you sign off on everything

Nothing moves to production without your explicit approval. We don't ghostwrite, edit, or approve content on your behalf — you're always the human in the loop.

Production & distribution

From there: ISBN, galley, cover, and getting your finished manuscript to the stores that carry it — you keep 100% of your rights and royalties throughout.

Worked example: a demo project through the whole pipeline

Sample output — internal demo project, not a customer testimonial.

"The Underbeacon" is a project we seeded ourselves inside our own portal to test and demonstrate the pipeline end to end. It is not a real customer's book, and nothing about it should be read as a customer endorsement or review.

"The Underbeacon" is Book 1 of a planned middle-grade adventure series, run through every stage of the portal on our own account: an AI DNA interview seeded the Framework (two young protagonists, their world, a multi-book series arc); the Forge then drafted the manuscript against that Framework, chapter by chapter, through the Approvals queue, to a full draft of roughly 50,000 words. We use it internally to sanity-check consistency, voice, and pacing across a long-form draft before we ship pipeline changes — it's a test fixture, not a marketing prop, and we're labeling it as such on purpose.
